Products & Services

Blue Whisk offers ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha and related tools for personal enjoyment. Product descriptions, details and prices may change without prior notice, and we may update, replace or discontinue products at our discretion. Our matcha is stored and handled in line with applicable FSSAI food-safety requirements.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order you confirm the details you’ve given are complete and accurate. Payments are processed through the options on our site — currently UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking, via Razorpay. We may cancel an order where details are incorrect or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India. Timelines vary by location; while we aim for punctual dispatch, delays caused by couriers, natural events or other external factors are beyond our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, cancellations and our 21-day guarantee are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All materials on the Blue Whisk site — text, images, logos, the Blue Whisk name and other content — are owned by Benoir Food & Beverages LLP and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blue Whisk will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site, delivery delays, product availability or content errors.
